February 2, 2011- the shop on this wonderfully sunny, yet, freezing day! I picked up a coffee table yesterday at a local thrift store. $18.00. It is solid wood and despite some water rings on the top, it was in good shape and clean. It didn't take me long to snatch it up and shove it in my car! I painted it "Cream" from Farrell-Calhoun that I had left over from the front door and then put it on top of an existing table. I love the way it brings some height and a bit of whimsy to the store!
